This Privacy Policy describes how AI Project TUR ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use Rhombix ("the Game"), a mobile reflex game available on Google Play.

We are committed to protecting your privacy while providing an engaging gaming experience. We have designed Rhombix to collect only the data necessary to support its core features, advertisements, and in-app purchases. Some data is automatically collected by third-party services (such as Google AdMob and Google Play Services).

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Google Play Games Services Data

If you choose to sign in with Google Play Games Services, we access the following information provided by Google:

Display Name — Your Google Play Games public display name, shown on leaderboards.
Player ID — A unique identifier assigned by Google Play Games Services, used to associate your scores with your account.

            We do not access your email address, real name, contacts, photos, Google account password, or any other personal information from your Google account.
        

1.2 Advertising Data (Google AdMob)

To provide the game for free, we display advertisements via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use:

Advertising ID — (E.g., Google Ad ID) for personalized advertising and ad fraud detection.
Device and Usage Information — OS version, device make/model, network status, and general interaction data to serve relevant ads.

            Users may opt out of personalized advertising through their device settings (e.g., Google Ads Settings or Apple Tracking preferences).
        

1.3 In-App Purchases (RevenueCat)

If you choose to purchase the Premium version of the Game, purchase processing is handled securely by Google Play and RevenueCat. We collect:

Anonymous App User ID — A randomly generated identifier to verify your purchase status across sessions.
Purchase History — Receipts of your Rhombix premium transactions to unlock content.

1.4 Game Data (Stored Locally)

The following data is stored locally on your device only and is not transmitted to our servers:

High scores, offline match history, and gameplay statistics (total matches, reaction times, play time)
Game settings and preferences (theme, sound, colorblind mode, premium model selection)
Skill rating (GSR — Game Skill Rating)

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

We want to be clear about what we never collect:

❌ Your photos, files, or sensitive media
❌ Direct credit card or banking information (handled by Google Play)

3. How We Use Information

The information we access is used exclusively for:

Leaderboards — Submitting and displaying your scores on Google Play Games.
Advertisements — Serving ad banners, interstitials, and rewarded ads to support the game's development.
Premium Features — Validating your purchase status to unlock premium content and remove ads.
Game Functionality — Storing your preferences and progress locally on your device for a seamless gameplay experience.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share certain data with third-party services (Google AdMob, Google Play Games, RevenueCat) strictly for functionality, monetization, and purchase validation. These services may process your data according to their own privacy policies:

5. App Permissions

Rhombix may request the following Android permissions to function properly:

INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — Required for connecting to Google Play Games, Loading Ads, and validating purchases.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS — (Optional, Android 13+) To send local reminders informing you of your daily gameplay statistics.
AD_ID — Used by Google AdMob to provide advertising services.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Local Data: Clearing app data or uninstalling the Game will permanently delete all locally stored statistics and preferences. You can also securely wipe local data via the in-game 'Options' menu.
Google Play Games: To delete your leaderboard scores, visit your Google Play Games settings or Google's data deletion guide.

7. Children's Privacy

The Game is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. To serve suitable advertisements, Google AdMob configurations are managed in accordance with Google's policies for age-appropriate ad content. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect new features or regulatory changes. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
